A RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL CORPORATIVA E O DESEMPENHO SOCIAL DAS EMPRESAS BRASILEIRAS

Resumo

As partes interessadas exercem pressões por ações de responsabilidade social corporativa para com a sociedade, ambiente natural, gerações futuras, ONGs, funcionários, clientes e governo. Por outro lado, as organizações respondem às demandas sociais mantendo um local de trabalho saudável e seguro, respeitando os direitos humanos, considerando o impacto do negócio na comunidade local, e cuidando do impacto de seus produtos e serviços na saúde e segurança de seus clientes. Com o olhar para as práticas de RSC e para o desempenho social, este estudo tem por objetivo compreender as práticas de responsabilidade social corporativa e os resultados de desempenho social que as empresas listadas na B3 possuem para o ano de 2020. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva em relação a seu objetivo, quanto aos procedimentos pode ser considerada como pesquisa aplicada a partir do levantamento de dados primários e quantitativa em relação à abordagem do problema. Os resultados indicam que as organizações participantes desta pesquisa estão preocupadas com a melhoria da qualidade de vida da sociedade, além de que assumiram responsabilidades que antes eram consideradas pertencentes ao governo, comprovando os comportamentos socialmente responsáveis das empresas cujo foco está dia após dia no bem-estar social das partes interessadas em seu entorno.
