ENGAJAMENTO CORPORATIVO AOS OBJETIVOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL

MAPEANDO A FRENTE DE PESQUISA

Abstract

O fenômeno do engajamento corporativo aos objetivos de desenvolvimento sustentável (ODS) é tratado como novo e exclusivo na literatura, tendo alcance em diversas áreas de pesquisa e sendo carente de aprofundamento teórico e empírico. Diante disso, este artigo teve o objetivo de explorar as características da atual frente de pesquisa sobre o engajamento corporativo aos ODS, por meio de um estudo bibliométrico de acoplamento bibliográfico e de co-ocorrência de palavras. Além do reconhecimento dos autores e periódicos mais relevantes sobre esta temática, identificou-se por meio da técnica de acoplamento de documentos, as principais abordagens que permeiam o engajamento aos ODS: sustentabilidade, implementação e medição, educação e partes interessadas, fatores institucionais, modelos de negócios e colaboração. A análise de co-ocorrência de palavras permitiu indicar as tendências conceituais dominantes sobre este tema (metas de desenvolvimento sustentável, gestão, desenvolvimento sustentável, sustentabilidade, desempenho, inovação, governança, framework, impacto e engajamento de partes interessadas) e como estas estão agrupadas, possibilitando contribuir para uma melhor compreensão do recente desenvolvimento desse campo do conhecimento e apresentar oportunidades para futuros estudos nesse assunto.
